Worst experience buying a new honda Took hours to agree on a price. Then, Brian, joined the meeting to strong arm me into spending more money. I found his behaviour as rude and obnoxiou Took hours to agree on a price. Then, Brian, joined the meeting to strong arm me into spending more money. I found his behaviour as rude and obnoxious. He tried to charge me $1000 for a dealer trade. I did agree to pay $200 to go to Venice to get vehicle. Never paid for a dealer trade! After I arrived home, called Maytee and asked about cash due on delivery. Asked for an email to confirm cash required and it grew by $300. After discussing with her it was again raised by an additional $300. It wasn't till Justin got involved, the deal was going to survive. Did call JR but he too also tried to increase the deal by $900. This whole organization is run like a shady used car lot. Not the excellence that Honda demands. Did tried to contact the Morgan group to detail my bad experience but yet to return phone call. Will never recommend or return. More
