Terrible customer service in car sales. Two days ago Brandon made a 10am appointment with us for today to correct an error they made on our title and did not have the paperwork ready today w Two days ago Brandon made a 10am appointment with us for today to correct an error they made on our title and did not have the paperwork ready today when we arrived. After approximately 40 minutes, someone else tried to take care of us. We wound up waiting over 4 hours while he took care of his personal friends. And we left feeling like we could not keep up with his very practiced double talk and rude manner. He kept disappearing. He said he wanted us to be happy, but he talked over us and just wanted us gone. We were patient and anticipated a reasonable outcome.after waiting for him to resolve an issue regarding new tires we thought we had agreed on at the time of our sale. We waited so long that the staff couldn't even look at us when they walked by. They were friendly and had tried to help us in the first hour or two, but it all came down to Branden and when he could find time for us. We could not believe how we were treated and don't want anyone else subjected to this treatment. More
