I had a bad experience at this dealership 2 years ago with the finance department but not the Salesperson Jose Bolivar so I decided to give them a second chance, worst decision ever. The Salesperson Kelv with the finance department but not the Salesperson Jose Bolivar so I decided to give them a second chance, worst decision ever. The Salesperson Kelvin was completely unexperienced, didn't know the information and told us the internet specials were no longer good and avoid going over that information. We had done our homework and requested to speak to his manager which corrected him and told him he should honor the pricing online. He then tries to provide us with a trade-in deal for a car we saw that we could potentially lease but every time he will go to the finance guys will come back with deals we weren't interested or requested. He even told us that we could go to another dealer, no customer service at all, he had no desire to do business with us and then at the end the Finance person Ryan Dinh didn't care about our business either. The worst customer service, this dealer post deals online only to attract people and they won't honor and when you are there they want to sell you deals that are higher in price. They don't know how to explain their fees and they are very dishonest. Never coming back to this place! Horrible sales staff and their finance team the worst. I went to Scott Robinson Honda after them and they were day and night and bought my new car there on the same day. They know how to honor your business and extremely professional staff not even compared to Norn Reeves horrible sales and finance staff. More
