You should have been greeted promptly, acknowledged, and made to feel welcomed, and the wait time you experienced for a simple oil change was unacceptable. Jamie has shared with me what happened and has already reached out to you personally, but I still want to apologize here as well because this one is on us. An appointment should mean something, and we clearly did not honor that the way we should have.
