Hey Vern, this is Meadow - I am sorry to hear that you feel your experience did not meet expectations, as my goal was to make sure your concern was fully addressed. When your vehicle came in, you mentioned it was pulling to the left. Our technician began by checking the vehicle using our alignment diagnostic equipment and then placed it on the alignment rack to verify all specifications. During the inspection, the alignment readings were within the manufacturer’s specifications. Even so, we made minor adjustments and completed a road test to be certain the vehicle was driving properly and that your concern had been resolved. I apologize for the major construction out front, but we must go in and out that way. As part of our normal diagnostic process, a technician may briefly drive the vehicle to duplicate a concern and confirm that any adjustments or repairs have corrected the issue. Based on our testing and the road test results, we believed the vehicle was operating as intended when it was returned to you. We certainly never want a customer to feel uneasy about their service experience, and I would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand what you are still experiencing.
