My last survey was not good but there was simply a misunderstanding with the Service Dept, with Meagan Adams & Jewel Payne. Mrs. Adams called me about my concerns & she came to my house to check th misunderstanding with the Service Dept, with Meagan Adams & Jewel Payne. Mrs. Adams called me about my concerns & she came to my house to check the problem I thought I was having with my radio display. She connected my phone & fixed the problem I was having with the Apple phone, Mrs. Adams was extremely nice & knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. I am not technically inclined so I needed the expertise shown by Mrs. Adams. I really appreciate the extra mile, Mrs. Adams took to make me happy & feel good about the service. Thank you for hiring a lady that is so knowledgeable about everything on my GMC Acadia. I am fine now & have no complaints at all. I will continue to go to this service dept. because I know I will have Mrs. Adams support of any of my concerns.. More
