I just moved into town this past week with a "southern" car that wouldn't make it through the winter in Olean. A family member recommended Shults to purchase a used car. I let them know what I was looking for and Megan and the whole team worked with me from the beginning to find a vehicle that fit my needs and create affordable financing options. I had two good choices and am thrilled with my Tuscon. Everyone was friendly, honest and highly competent. They are conscientious about what they sell and up front about all aspects of the history of their inventory. As a concrete example, I was preparing to purchase a $13,000 car for which Megan would have (I presume) made commission. I returned home to get some necessary paperwork for the next day and she called me to tell me about another, $5,000 cheaper vehicle that was owned privately by one of her co-workers. She would not have made commission on this sale, but thought it might meet my needs better. Also, Damien was considering purchasing my "southern" car rather than me trading it in, but declined when he realized that I would be better served with the trade-in. That is the kind of considerate, selfless customer service that is difficult to find in any kind of sales, especially used car sales. Would absolutely recommend Shults to anyone looking for a dependable, used car. More

Megan was very helpful, friendly, and straight forward. Wasn't afraid to tell me what I needed to hear . She was willing to put the effort into finding me the right car.
