5 and half hours of labor to fix rotors then had to bring the car back for another 3 days because it was making a ticking sound and two weeks bby later the sound still present, horrible work and your car is the car back for another 3 days because it was making a ticking sound and two weeks bby later the sound still present, horrible work and your car is just on the lift while not even working on it to rack up hours just to charge you. I was there from 9 in the morning till 5 P.m spent $1000 and still dealing with the ticking sound. They claim the did an oil change but when I checked it my oil was dirty AF. I usually get 8000 miles for synthetic oil and now it says 4000. is this a new pattern or is the only infiniti in Brooklyn failing my expectations ?? More
