John has demonstrated great patience and handling when customers become challenging. Kristal and Megan always follow-up in a timely manner to ensure appointments will be kept and customer satisfaction. Roman Zelster is far from the standard pushy salesperson. He gives great advice and allows people time to make informed decisions. It's also a great sign when you see him bringing his car to be serviced!
