They had no sense of urgency, did not update their inventory accurately and were not respectful of my schedule when trying to find a date and time to meet. That being said, I decided to reach out to Boucher. Although they were much further away, it was well worth the experience we had while shopping and purchasing a vehicle. Not only were their sale prices lower than the other dealership, but their staff was also more competent. We had the pleasure of working with Elly, who was extremely prompt, attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and most importantly—not pushy! She stayed late and went above and beyond throughout the entire buying process. It was also a pleasant surprise when Boucher offered us a chance to select from an array of extravagant gifts for the purchase of our vehicle. I highly recommend Boucher as a dealership, and I plan to return for future purchases. More
