Sorry to late already made appointment with another dealer The one that read the computer out and got the code on his letterhead and card to call and make sure that it was read out by a Chevy dealer and not trying to self diagnose it. done with the runaround. The other problem USB not working and hit bump and it started working. Two days later started vehicle infotainment center stayed black no info no music completely black volume up and down not working until i stopped and shut off truck and restarted it to work right!!! But you did not see it so I am just lying!! see ya find another sucker for your service!!
