If I could give them negative stars, I would. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. They sold us a broken vehicle, claimed they couldn’t reproduce the issue and therefore couldn’t fix it, Worst dealership experience I have ever had. They sold us a broken vehicle, claimed they couldn’t reproduce the issue and therefore couldn’t fix it, then when asked to trade in 2.5 months later and told us the “not broken” vehicle had lost 12k in value. The one person at this business who was helpful was Jamie, who truly tried to do her best to assist in our trade in, including coming in on her day off. More

Tried to negotiate only asking they go down $3000 from price and offering 20,000 cash with a trade. After we complained to the general manager they came down $1000? Really? What’s the sheet they go back price and offering 20,000 cash with a trade. After we complained to the general manager they came down $1000? Really? What’s the sheet they go back and forth with in financing while you sit for 6 hours. Not much for negotiations AND now silence. Very unhappy and we will NEVER return to Alan Webb More
