Best car sales experience ever! As with most people, I find vehicle shopping to be an arduous and grueling ordeal and one that I avoid until forced which is about every 10 years. We As with most people, I find vehicle shopping to be an arduous and grueling ordeal and one that I avoid until forced which is about every 10 years. Well, the 10 years came around again and I found myself in need of a new vehicle, specifically an SUV. After looking at Hyundai and Ford, and being a bit underwhelmed, I decided to stop by Brandon Honda just to test drive some of their SUVs. I have certain "must haves" for my vehicle i.e. leather seats, heated seats, sunroof and nice cup holders! I also have the "need for speed" and had been very disappointed in my search for an SUV with a 6 cyl. engine (they're almost non-existent anymore). Immediately upon arrival at Brandon Honda, the sales rep. (Mohammed "Mo" Duhayat) approached us as we were coming in and asked us what we were looking for and I explained to him the above requirements and what I was currently driving and he listened to every word and then proceeded to show us the CR-V, the Passport and the Pilot, explaining that I most likely would not appreciate the HR-V. The Pilot was too big for my needs so that narrowed it down to the CR-V and the Passport. We first test drove the CR-V 4cyl. w/ turbo and I loved the look of it, but it didn't wow me - as far as pick up, speed and handling. We then took the Passport for a spin and I immediately knew it was "the one" I'd been looking for - complete with the "wow" factor (and great cup holders!). "Mo" was awesome in every aspect of our experience - he listened to me from the get go, what I was saying I wanted, needed and what I did not want. He also knew to save the Passport for last and told me as we were getting in "you're going to love this one" and he was right! After finding the right one, the right color, etc., Mo and Brandon Honda worked a deal that was beneficial and very satisfying. As I mentioned in the beginning, searching for and buying vehicles has always been a not so fun experience, but Mo and Brandon Honda made this the best experience ever for me. We also had a great experience when it came to financing with Josue, he was fun and explained everything with great detail. By the time we left (after 11 p.m.), we felt like we were part of the family with both Mo and Josue. I will highly recommend Brandon Honda to anyone in the market for a Honda - and perhaps to those who are not. More

It took less than 2 minutes after arriving for Eddie Guadalupe to approach us. Where the other places it takes 30 to 40 min. or us leaving the place after walking around in circles. Eddie-Relationship Manager with his up beat personality and knowledge of the vehicles answered every question we asked and went beyond in helping us (explained every features in the car and helped set it up for me). Sad to say my husband did not get the same experience when he purchased his car night before from different dealership. The Executive Manager Medi Medrek took very good care of us and worked with us in making deal. Matthew Yee -Financial Service Manager, was very thorough and even took care ordering ahead my license plate before seeing him. Got out of there fast and smoothly! The service center was great as well as we needed minor adjustment on the car. More

My experience with the Service Dept at Brandon Honda I took my car a week ago to Brandon Honda Honda for oil change. My advisor was Veron Liburd. During the oil change process something is broken. Veron provided me with a loaner car and stayed after closing time to make I will get home safely. He did not want me to drive my car just in case it will break down while I am driving. He informed me that the car will be fixed at no charge the next day. It really means to me a lot because Veron put my safety a head of profit. That always my experience with Veron all the time. All because of one man, the General Manager, Mr M Medrek. When I bought the car, the salesman and me agreed on a price. I signed the paperwork. The the salesman came back and he told me he made a mistake. I asked to see the GM. Then Mr Medrek came immediately and he honored the price. However, I felt bad about the whole deal and told the salesman I changed my mind. Then Mr Medrek came and asked me why I changed my mind and I explained to him that I do not feel good about the whole deal. He was very nice, calm and shook my hand and he told me he can understand. On my back home I received a phone call from Mr Medrek to make I arrived home safely because he noticed I was very upset and asked to reconsider my decision. I promised him I will think about it. The second day I called Mr Medrek and informed him that I am coming to buy the car. He told me that he will handle the transaction himself. When I arrived he was waiting for me and did everything for me and I bought the car that I really love. Because of Mr Medrek help, his genuine care. Him putting the customer a head of profit, I kept coming to Brandon Honda for all my service needs(I drive more than 200 miles each way). And every time Mr Medrek sees he stops and say hi and asked me about my family although he is extremely busy.
