I was given many options and I was treated as if I was ignorant. She then sent a closer who was very pushy and was pressuring me to buy right away. I decided to go to a different toyota dealer where they listened to my needs and helped me layout all my options and answered all my questions in a friendly non pressure manner. I purchased my 5th car from toyota with a dealership that actually cares. Camelback needs to teach their sales team to be more empathetic and understanding with consumer needs. More
