MJ was great to work with, I stopped in on random day and she was the first out to greet me. She was patient, knowledgeable and allowed me to look and test drive different vehicles. A vehicle I was intereste she was the first out to greet me. She was patient, knowledgeable and allowed me to look and test drive different vehicles. A vehicle I was interested was not readily available but she scheduled a time for me to come back. I decided to start the process of purchasing the vehicle; again she was kind and got all the answers to my question. MJ didn’t try to over sell anything or make me feel pressured, most importantly I felt heard. The entire process with her was actually fun and informative. My issue came when my bank called the dealership to verify some information because it was not correct on the paper I sent in; when the bank called one time they were hung up on by an employee, the second time they spoke with someone and explained that they needed to verify some things and were told that “they didn’t know what they were talking about” and hung up on my bank. This triggered my bank to freeze my loan process and issue a fraud alert on my accounts. I called in to the dealership and explained what had transpired when my bank called and was asked “ do you want me to help you or not” this was after I explained the whole situation and that I had put a deposit down and the bank needed info verified so they could send the check for remaining balance. He showed no concern or apathy for what had happened. No one called me until 2 days later. I had to restart the process, extended this process longer than needed. MJ was great, but the second part of the interaction was unprofessional and out right disrespectful. Makes me feel that business is not valued. More

Showroom was very clean and organized. Erick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased . The financial aspect of the transaction was explained so clearly.
