Jose did a good job. He was friendly and personable and cared. The rest of the process and people - a bunch of criminals and deceitful liars. I asked Jose to negotiate the car over the internet. We did a cared. The rest of the process and people - a bunch of criminals and deceitful liars. I asked Jose to negotiate the car over the internet. We did and I filled out paperwork on the internet per his instructions to speed up the process and asked if I could please have paperwork ready to sign. All good until I got there. Granted the first car did not suit my needs and Jose had to work on a new deal. He did, emailed me and I agreed. When I got there, wouldn't you know, the very reason I asked not to waste my time AGAIN as was done months ago to my wife, Jose brought "someone else" out to tell me that "they apologize" but, the deal I made with Jose via email was not understood and couldn't be done. Eventually, and I mean at least an HOUR they landed on $349 payment. WHY does it take so long? You all actually think customers are stupid. You always have more employees than customers and I'm sure you go over, huddle at that desk like they always do and laugh and come up with some number and come back with "I talked to my manager". HA, sure. I reluctantly agreed, you did your thing by exhausting me into saying yes. GOOD JOB! Then the RIDICULOUS waiting around and being visited by several other people continued. I was there from 5:30pm and left at 9:45pm. So many times by so many people I would hear, "it will be half hour, no more" and so many times it would be far longer. So much for getting me in and out as I made very well clear to Jose and so much for honoring a deal that is in writing. There are so many things along the way that are just incredulous both before this experience and after that I will NEVER buy a car from you again. I want to talk to the Owner and tell them what a horrible place and horrible people you have but, I'm sure that will never happen and even if I tell them or your Customer Care or someone, nothing will change. Nothing ever does. I've asked my number to be taken off your call list and yet they keep calling. I've asked my auto and contact information to be changed and yet, you keep my son's name on that never bought a car from you and you have old cars we don't have. To burn me in the end, I get my first bill and it's not $349 as I was presented, it's $349.88. Not much, but nonetheless, enough to say, it's really $350 and you didn't give me exactly what you told me...again. Oh, and then to top it off, when I went to pick up my car after getting the leather put in, I was dropped off at 7am. Didn't leave until 8am because they lost my key. Although some more empty apologies were thrown around, they were clearly wanting to blame me by saying, "we were told you were going to get it last night." Well, I did talk to Carlos and as I said, I would in West Palm and don't know if I could make it by 7pm but, I will try and "worst case scenario, I'll pick it up tomorrow morning" Poor communication. There is so much more that I have to say about how awful you are but, my hand hurts. Someone call me and give me something. More
