My Impreza. My sales person was Alex. Chris was his manager. Chris sold me the car not Alex. I think Alex has a lot to learn. He’s very short with his answers an My sales person was Alex. Chris was his manager. Chris sold me the car not Alex. I think Alex has a lot to learn. He’s very short with his answers and I don’t think he’s comfortable having a conversation with his customers. Financial person that I did my auto loan with. I had a question on the summary for I thought it was 2000 more. . His answer was I should’ve gone over this with Alex already. I got a little short with him he got short with me. Finally he looked at it and saw it was 2000 more than I should’ve been. He did not apologize but he did say that Alex should’ve corrected that before this. I think you always apologize to the customer Not blame another employee My last ca I had a question on the summary for I thought it was 2000 short. He did not apologize but he did say that Alex should’ve corrected that before this. I think you always apologize to the customer instead of saying I already told you that. My last car was with Bristol Toyota and I had an incredible experience with my sales people and service. I’m sorry disappointed I’m not at Bristol Toyota. But I’m glad I bought an Impreza. If my experience doesn’t overall improved I probably will take my Impreza to another dealer. More

Good experience Went in the dealership to look for a new WRX STI. The sales associate Nicholas Serdynski was very helpful in showing me the vehicle. They made the whole negotiating process very easy and quick. We both were very happy with the deal and I would recommend this dealership to any who is looking for a Subaru in the future. The general manager Alvaro Vieira was very nice as well and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I also was in contact with manager Melany Fanfa who was also very nice and helpful. More
