He was friendly, honest and knowledgable and made the process easy. We immediately connected with him and felt we could trust him.. Finally, Troy, in the finance department, completed the process efficiently. Soon after I left with my new car, I received a text saying I left my sunglasses. Melissa came to the rescue. She arranged for me to meet her close to my home to get the glasses. Amazing! I had been looking for a specific car for quite awhile and had some horrendous experiences with other dealerships. This experience was quite the opposite! Both my husband and I were very happy with the process and we love our new car! I would definitely return to Brandon Hyundai and have already shared our great experience with friends! More

Sales staff were excellent. Finance department managed to lose documents and down payment several times requiring multiple trips to redo documents.
