We purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer on October 4, 2022. Our salesman was Tate Keffer. He was a great guy! He kept us in the loop every step of the way during our process. After we left the dealership we noticed we did not have a spare tire and the tool to change the tires. We contacted Tate and he made sure we got a spare tire and the tool.
