Hi! My name is Melissa. I am from Northern NJ. I started sales in the fall of 2017. I enjoy the countryside of Orange County NY. My family loves to apple pick in the various orchards in Orange County. I love to hike and visit historical places in the area. You'd be amazed of all the history that Orange County has to offer! I'm a dog lover! I have two labs, Bailey and Guinness. They join us on our hikes. Guinness loves to find any puddle and lay in it... I also love to cook when I have time. My five year old niece loves to cook with me. I am kid friendly! Lol I used to be a nanny for 14 years. Watching kids grow and become their own person was very rewarding to me. I always have toys in my desk to help entertain them so it makes your car buying experience less of a hassle.

Then Matt Gallagher was introduced to me as her finance manager one of the key figure in my visit to getting a car at Lexus middletown. I told them my poor situation and they helped me get a car with all the tools available. Matt and Melissa worked their magic with one of the nicest and honest GM Gaylord Buck to get me a car. I am going to recommend Lexus of Middletown to anyone who is looking for a car. To Everyone in this dealership, it was an honor receiving this car from you guys and it was a great experience full of laughter. More

She was able to secure me an amazing deal on my trade in and she was extremely attentive to my needs as a customer. No pressure, No headache, Perfect Customer Service I found the vehicle on cars.com requested info and heard back from Melissa the very next day. I went in that evening for a test drive. Ed the Sales Manager worked vigorously to make the numbers work for my budget. When I made the decision to just go for it, Matthew in the Finance Department worked magic.
