My experience with Melissa can only be described in one word.......AMAZING!!!! In all my years of buying vehicles, I have never dealt with such amazing customer service as I did with her. I never left the comfort of my home to purchase my vehicle from them. Melissa and I did everything over the phone and sometimes just talked about everyday life or our kids. I was blown away by Melissa Krawczyk!!! The most important thing to her was what I needed and wanted. She did not try to "sell", she listen, explained and was so determined help me.
