He patiently worked with me to get me to a payment I was comfortable with on a new Toyota RAV4 that I absolutely LOVE! He patiently relayed all information to me and my advisers (meaning my parents) and helped me through all the steps of leasing very easily. When parting with large sums of money and an old car, that can be very stressful! He also was SO knowledgeable! There was not a question I asked that he had to pause or think of an answer or ask someone else. He was friendly throughout the entire experience and made it SO easy!
