I only use Haltermans for servicing on my Rav4, and I've never been disappointed with the service. They always ask if I need tires rotated at that time, and never push a service on me. This is our first Non-American Car since the early '70's and the first time we have used a dealership for all our service. LOU EXPERIENCE I chose this dealership when i moved here 2yrs ago to service my other rav4.Everyone I have dealt with has been very courteous,friendly,and profession I chose this dealership when i moved here 2yrs ago to service my other rav4.Everyone I have dealt with has been very courteous,friendly,and professional.While I was having my rav4 serviced I walked over to the showroom to find out some info about a new rav 4 lease.I was introduced to Troy who gave me the figures on what it would cost.At that time I was not able to afford it.Troy told me if any deals came up he would call me.I missed his call on Fri.Jan 4,and called him back later that day.I went to the dealership on Mon jan.7 to see try with a trade in.Troy knew what I was able to afford and worked with me to get the lease deal.I have nothing but praise for the dealership from the service dept to the sales dept and all the personal that work there.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.I thank you all for helping me get this lease on my new rav4. First I must say that I have been a customer at Halterman's for the past 16 years. I have never had a bad experience with their new car, used car, parts and service department. Anyone I have ever Halterman's for the past 16 years. I have never had a bad experience with their new car, used car, parts and service department. Anyone I have ever dealt with has been helpful and polite. Melissa from the service department has been especially great. She takes the time to explain things to you clearly and has the patience of a saint! (Believe me on this one she's had to explain things to me on more than one occasion.) She always makes time for me and I trust her 100% in making sure that my car is done correctly, in a timely fashion and at a fair price. She has never once tried to sell me something that I don't need as so many places do. This to me is very important and I love her for that!! In the past 16 years I have never dealt with another car dealership (why should I when I am satisfied and comfortable with Halterman's). I tell anyone looking for a car to try them out and I will be back soon for my next purchase. I use Halterman's for all of my service needs and those few things I can do myself I buy any parts needed directly through their parts department. I have no complaints whatsoever about anyone or anything at Halterman's. More
