Then my Catalytic Convertor was stolen and the cabin ransacked since they leave the vehicles unlocked on at least two occasions I know of, and probably the whole time. On a previous occasion, during the pandemic, they completely failed to contact me, after the initial contact, twice meaning two separate people, failed to do so, for a parts sale. The GM refused to compensate me for damage done to the cabin and instead quoted me that they aren't responsible for any damages, in spite, of the fact that they did replace the Cat, and I hadn't step a foot inside to even see such a sign, which is just a crap policy to begin with. Check the Yelp reviews for a better sense of this dealership. Shawn Ewers couldn't complete a phone professional or basic manners, each call ended abruptly, without a "goodbye". Melissa McNeil was the only highlight, as she was the only star in this shockingly poor experience I had. I have everything well documented for those interested. David Zaniewski the GM didn't address my issues, and simply cherry picked the one's that suited him even though he wasn't witness to any of them. Good luck, if you choose to give them your business.
