Keep trying. The ball is in your court. We did call and and left a message with BJ? She called us and gave us a number to call and we did. We did leave a message and no reply. I am not going to chase you. Also, with regards to your tech not working that day? Give me a break. No excuse. So you mean to tell me you will schedule of service which is exclusive to ONE tech and not have that tech working that day! Totally unbelievable.
