I do have one complaint however, we originally came in on Saturday for a car repair that ended on Monday 2/23/26 with a new purchase and trade in. During the purchase, what we were told and what we actually received are two different things. The car my husband and I purchased is nice but we were told it would have features (seat warmers, blindspot lights, etc.) but they were not included. I reviewed the manual but didn’t see them listed so I called to make sure we weren’t misunderstanding/overlooking anything. The guy on the phone informed me those features are on the model right above the one we have. Someone was supposed to call me cause I just wanted to know what we could do at this point, trade it in and get the one with those features get a payment compensated, or we just have to live with what we have because the purchase is already complete… I guess next time we purchase a car from here, we’ll validate those features ourselves instead of taking your word for it, but the funny thing is, I always have a problem with something at this dealership (3rd purchase) yet, I keep finding myself having to come back here during a crisis…

We were offered that because i showed the sales people that I could buy the same car somewhere else for 3000 less.. they made the offer and we took it. Then a week later I came into some inheritance. I called Honda financial to get the payoff and it was about 10,000 more than it should have been and the person on the phone said because I added on all these options. There were several. When signing all the paperwork it was a rush and the guy was more interested in showing us he could sign upside down among other things rather than going through each line item. Just think. I never would have caught this had i not been in a position to payoff the car quickly. How many others got swindled. I came into the dealer and had them cancel every add option and I'm waiting for the paperwork to come from honda financial but can tell you i will NOT be back to Gardena honda and won't refer anyone there

Coming back to the dealership didn't fully fix the issue. I had to cancel the added services to get the payoff close to the agreed to sell price. They couldn't do anything with the alarm, so I'm still paying for it. The maintenence agreement was canceled but that should have bee included in the vehicle cost. They even added other services like wheel protection? Was never interested in that. If they had told me in the beginning that the alarm and maintenence programs would be included in the car payments then i would have immediately left and bought the car somewhere else at a much lower price
