Gavin understood that I had done my homework and the process could have been very simple until , by requirement a floor sales lead was forced to get involved. In a matter of minutes his unprofessional way of communicating blew up the deal. I wont go into details but you should never talk down to a customer. Gavin was able to save the deal despite my absolute intent of walking away. I also had a great experience working with JR the gentlemen who handled all the final paperwork. Definitely, not the best experience Ive ever had but I would recommend Gavin and JR and this dealership.
