Arturo, cashier and dropping off car were friendly and professional. Others (five of them) outside were doing nothing but being lazy. I pulled up and no one directed me to which lane to pull up in. When I was three feet to stopping the guy finally turns and tells to pull into another lane. I just sat there for a few minutes because I didn’t know if I should turn off my car and wait in my car or if I’m supposed to go into the office. When I finally decided to just go into the office is when someone came up asking if I needed help. Then he had to ask if I should up first or the car that pulled up after me. Also I was sent a quick video of mechanic viewing the undercarriage of my car along with an inspection report. I don’t understand what the video has to do with the inspection report. Where’s the video regarding what was wrong with car? More
