He was not very helpful with my problem and waited 2 hours for nothing.

My assigned rep (or whatever the role was) came across as rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, and I didn’t feel heard at all. On top of that, the technician who installed my windshield did not clean up afterward, there were rubber pieces left throughout my car. I ended up escalating the issue to Tony, who was incredibly helpful and resolved everything quickly and professionally. It’s very clear he’s in a leadership role, and his support made all the difference!!

He was quick and as interested in completing the transaction as I was. He may not have built a personal relationship with me, but he knew I was in a hurry and got me in and out as fast as possible - and for that, I remember his name. Another good dude is Art - I actually came in asking to be helped by Art (he was busy with other customers), he's also no-nonsense, and is always upfront and transparent with pricing, which I greatly appreciate.
NOTE: I logged in and noticed I left a review for Alexis back in 2023 - glad he's still with the company!
