I went to 5 different dealerships - all good experiences - but Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati was just great. The sales person dialed in very quickly to what I wanted in a car. She helped me find the car with the features that I wanted, and wanted to pay for. Settling on a price and paperwork on the sale of the car were very efficient - probably record time. They've followed up with me a few times to make sure I didn't have questions and enjoyed my new car. More

Our sales person is Melanie Parsons was very helpful and answer our every question very quickly. We know what we want to buy when we visited your dealership. We know what options we need, some off them coming with some package only, we did some compromise because I never pay anything what I don't need. I'm sorry, I 'm not a typical Mercedes customer, but this is our second Mercedes what we bought from MB of Cincinnati. Melanie was friendly and informative at our every visit : 5 star for her. The car is good, we selected the best color from the palette, we are very happy now. What I don't like: the glove box is too small for the owner book package, front door packet is better designed on our BMW X1 for hold water bottle, and I missing the nets from the front seats back. Center consol cup holders much better the on the X1. Finally, we are happy with the car and very satisfied the sales too. Thx. Laszlo Tikk. More
