Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly, even those we weren't actually dealing with. They all made us feel right at home. They didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted but they were able to locate the one we wanted. We definitely recommend Herlong Ford for your next purchase and will return there for our next purchase. I have bought a Freddie Munn's, is truly one of Herlong Ford's top professional salesperson I have ever dealt with in all my years of buying vehicles. I have bought a lot! He is upfront, tells you exactly what he can't do for you. His integrity, professionalism and extremely knowledge about what he sells is impeccable, above and beyond anyone else in sales making decisions. If you get to know Freddie Munns you will see that he sells from his heart, listens thoroughly to his customers and their needs. I will continue to buy my vehicles at his dealership whether I like ford vehicles or not. He makes you appreciate the vehicles. Thank you for both my purchases (2017 Ford F150 Platinum in Oct, and 2017 Ford Explorer Limited Dec) best money I spent through Freddie Munns at Herlong Ford, Edgefield SC. I will always send my business partners, friends and family to him. Very comfortable experience buying with Freddie! When sitting down with Meryl she's the bomb also! More

Used Car Purchase My wife and I recently purchased a used 2015 Ford Fusion. After doing alot of research, I felt that I was getting a very good deal. The staff, inc My wife and I recently purchased a used 2015 Ford Fusion. After doing alot of research, I felt that I was getting a very good deal. The staff, including the salesman, Rhett, and the Business Mgr. Meryl were friendly, courteous, and professional in all interactions. I saw a good friend, Janet, while there also. I have been looking for a good used car for a little bit of time. In talking with one dealer, they added on a $595 administrative fee and another $500 "conditioning" fee. This dealer was in our state's capital and I would never deal with a company that did business in this manner. Herlong does not charge any administrative fees and offers you a good deal on your transactions. I would recommend them. This vehicle was a 3rd vehicle, but I would consider them for new vehicle purchases also in the future. More

I live in the Charleston area, and either I couldn't find what I was looking for, or just did not connect with the people I spoke with. Saw Herlong Ford while browsing AutoTrader. Went directly to their website and was impressed with the selection of F150s and the quality of their website. Great pics of their inventory, and actual stickers for their inventory were VERY helpful. I called to speak with someone about availability of inventory and spoke with a young lady named Amber. Very polite and interested in getting me to the right person. That person was Fred Munns. Truly one of most knowledgeable, down to earth people I have conversed with in quite a while. We just clicked. I am a DETAIL person, so I feel like I could easily have worn Fred out. Completely patient with me. I called back several times with more questions, and when told he was with other customers, each time, I received a callback exactly when I was told he would. We made a deal. At closing, I met Meryl Breazeale, the business manager. Same story....patient, attentive, and no pressure at all. My wife and I do not recall being excited about the car-buying process until now. Please do yourself a favor and look into Herlong Ford. Signed, CB in Charleston. More
