From the moment I walked in the door I was given the red carpet treatment. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and worked very hard to give me the best service possible. When I made an appointment I was contacted almost immediately, and when I arrived Fernando had already prepared two cars for me to try. Throughout our test drive he was knowledgable and answered all of my questions, without pressure or heavy handed sales tactics I've come to dread when shopping for a new car. He knew everything there was to know about the Civics, and told me some important facts that would influence my decision. A very kind gentleman whose name escapes me helped with the finance options, explaining everyone in detail and conducting a very pleasant and reasonable negotiation. All the while I was sipping on Coffee Bean fresh coffee and admiring the lovely holiday decorations that made the whole experience extra festive and exciting. I noticed that everyone working at the dealership seemed to be full of positive energy, lending to a genuinely upbeat atmosphere. Micael went over all the final details with us, and answering our questions smoothly processing the final paperwork. Once inside my beautiful new detailed and gassed-up car, Glen Phillips helped me program it and explained every facet of the dashboard I need to know. He even synced up my Bluetooth for me. I'm still smiling about the incredible deal I got at Galpin Honda, and my new Civic Sedan LX (in Crimson Pearl, of course) ain't bad either! Happy holidays everyone at Galpin Honda. By far the best car buying experience that we had and it's not even close. We first dropped in to test drive the Accord and the fit. We explained that we were short on time and weren't looking to buy tha it's not even close. We first dropped in to test drive the Accord and the fit. We explained that we were short on time and weren't looking to buy that day, but Pete Collie was extremely helpful and took the time to introduce the cars and explain the features during our test drives. At no point did he push us to buy that day and it was very relaxing experience. We loved the Accord so we came in a couple days after and Micael Johansson was great in walking us through the entire car buying experience. He was extremely patient, attentive and worked with us to get the down payment and financing application worked out. Even going to the finance office was relatively painless as Chris got us in and out of the process pretty quickly. There was very little upselling and they were not pushing us to add extras to make the payments higher, which is a very different experience from other dealerships who can sometimes keep you in finance for a few hours. For comparison, I actually went to a Toyota dealer the following day and it was a nightmare…slimy salesmen, hidden costs, difficult negotiations, and the Camry isn't as polished as the Accord. The reviews are spot on here, Galpin honda has awesome customer service and a great sales team. We love our Accord and I'm actually looking forward to getting a second Honda from them. More
