I’ve never had problems with this dealership in the past, but my previous experience was not so pleasant. Had to wait hours for my vehicle to be detailed and it was still dirty when it was ready. The sales person was not very thorough and not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He didn’t go over the features of the vehicle or demonstrate how to operate various features. He just handed me the keys at the door on the way out.. The sales department in the past gave the red carpet treatment. Then when I left, there seemed to be problems with vehicle as I was leaving the dealership and I brought it right back. The salesperson did drive it and took it to the service manager who helped me address the issue. I spent over 5 1/2 hours there that day. Ultimately, I am happy with the vehicle in spite of the ordeal. More
