Brad Hellman was great to work with and very accommodating throughout the whole process as his hours are your hours (text, call, email...he is always going to reply to you in a very professional manner). He made sure to always be available for questions (we ask quite a few). Thanks Brad! He and the rest of the sales/management team understands the importance of building a customer base who lasts and feels comfortable coming back to them for future services, warranty, and purchases (accessories or another vehicle). The relationship is important to us and people like Jared and Matt McMahon made sure to take time to come over and welcome us during each visit. Jared and EJ understood the feeling of two parents trying to finalize paperwork with a cranky toddler who was ready for dinner and bed; the paperwork was ready to go upon our arrival. I am not a person who necessarily enjoys the car buying process, but our customer service experience from regularly scheduled maintenance (Passat) and initial conversations with Brad pointed us in the direction of working with this team to purchase our Touareg. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a VW or another used vehicle as they are one of the top dealerships in the U.S. for several reasons other than just sales. More
