My sales person and the management were great and fast to work with. But once I got the car on the road I realized the mechanic didn’t do a very good job with the inspection that was done on the car. I had a work with. But once I got the car on the road I realized the mechanic didn’t do a very good job with the inspection that was done on the car. I had a brake light out and a blinker out. We had to stop on the way home and have those lights fixed. Even express oil checks the lights with an oil change. It was an easy fix but frustrated it wasn’t taken care of during their inspection or at least someone should have said this needs to be done! More

Royal is A1 and forever my favorite! I had a very bad experience with a previous car company. I explained that to Carter and he reassured me that my process would be productive and that I had a very bad experience with a previous car company. I was able to do mostly everything over the phone and when I pulled up to the dealership, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Carter and Michael took a look at the car and gave me a fair trade in amount for my old car. They also honored the preapproval that I brought in from my credit union. They did not try to make me choose another option or make me choose a route that would have been more beneficial to the car company. Everything was catered to my need as a customer. They listened to me and we were able to complete my car buying process in one of the fastest times I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Carter is the real MVP! More
