However, the Finance Department at New Country Lexus of Great Neck is absolutely deceptive. ​This is my second lease here, and history repeated itself. During my previous lease, the finance manager, Michael Abramov, forced me to pay an extra $1,000 for added options and made me wait for 3 hours. I was extremely upset then, but I decided to let it go and not leave a bad review ONLY because my salesman was good. ​I thought this time would be different, but I was wrong. The current Finance Manager, Dayshon Wade, tried the same manipulative tactics. My salesman clearly stated $4,200 including taxes and the first month’s payment. Yet, Dayshon initially quoted $4,300. When I called him out, he "discounted" the $100 as if doing me a favor. He then pressured me to pay the first month's payment again via credit card, even though it was already included in the $4,200. I eventually had to get a refund from the salesman after the contract was signed. ​This is a clear attempt at double-charging and fraudulent financial practices. I tried to be a loyal and patient customer, but this dealership continues to trick its clients. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with Lexus Corporate regarding these recurring deceptive practices. If you buy a car here, double-check every penny and STAY AWAY from Dayshon Wade and Michael Abramov. ​P.S. The GM clearly cherry-picks positive reviews to reply to and ignores real issues. They boast about being a top-rated Lexus dealer, but they must be talking about being the best at being the worst. More

Jamall is amazing! I was just browsing on the Lexus website and building out possible versions that I would be interested in. I was putting in my information to see local dealerships and got a text. I followed up with a question to New Country Lexus of Great Neck. Within a few minutes Jamall responds, within an hour we had it down to 2 options of cars that they both had, one was in transit from another dealership. He was able to work with me on the numbers over the phone, so that we wouldn't waste each others time by coming in and playing games. Negotiated a few times, came to an agreement, he confirmed with his manager and by the next day I had the car confirmed. Within 24 hours we met, ironed out the numbers and paperwork, filled out a lease form and scheduled a pick up for another day. Michael the Finance Manager is a miracle worker, down to earth knowledgeable. I was able to meet with him, give him my information, which he used to prep for the pick up date. Within an hour of meeting with him, he was able to get me approved and prepped for 20 minute convo about the financial aspect. No pressure, no games, no haggling, just chat and I was out. My only recommendation, for those of you new to the brand, spend a few minutes learning about the car, as Lexus does tend to use generic pictures. I found out the hard way. However, Jamall worked with me and explained everything. Like I previously said he is amazing, even calling me after hours as I was confused with a few features. He called and explained everything. Needless to say, new to Lexus, I was nervous and he made me feel comfortable, happy and exited for my new journey. We laughed, we shared our history and talked cars... Jamall was very patient and quick responses... Give him a chance and I promise you won't be dissatisfied. More

Buyer’s Remorse Terrible dealership and salespeople completely treat customers like fools. Two days ago, on Saturday, I went to the dealership to pick up the car. The salesperson Kenny Xu told me that the financing manager Michael Abramov was scheduled for three o'clock. As a result, I waited for one and a half hours, and when it was almost closing time, the manager Michael impatiently said my transaction was very complicated because my co-signer was in California, and he needed to use DocuSign to sign the documents. As a first-time car buyer, I had a trusting attitude towards the manager. He took my phone and asked me to sign, so I signed a lot of DocuSign documents. During this process, the manager did not explain any of the loan options or interest rates to me; he just told me to sign quickly because he was ready to leave. He printed the documents for me and then called sales representative Kenny to take the car. When my co-signer asked about the interest rate, Kenny, salesperson who was also in a hurry, said it was all in the documents. I thought a dealership of this size wouldn’t engage in scamming customers, so I drove home. However, when I got home and opened the documents, I found that the price of the car, originally $55,000, had turned into $92,000 with the loan and interest!!! What a scam!!! It turned out that the manager added various unnecessary maintenance and repair costs, totaling $20,000. This is outright commercial fraud! On Monday, I went back to confront the manager. He actually claimed that he had explained everything clearly before I signed, which was completely untrue. He did not explain any of the documents I signed! He even asked sales representative Kenny to vouch for him! Kenny initially said the manager explained how much the monthly payments would be. Later, I took a firm stance with Kenny and made it clear that I would not compromise. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau / Consumer Frauds Bureau / social media / I also made it clear that I had consulted legal advice. After that, Kenny immediately changed his attitude and went to handle the situation with the manager, removing all the unnecessary warranties. As they said the bank cannot removed the theft protection preferred plus program which I don’t need it ! I want to tell all buyers, especially new buyers, to absolutely avoid these two people! Before signing any documents, make sure they explain everything clearly, and do not let them touch your phone! Stay away from this dealer!!! More
