Very happy with the sales transaction. Not happy with the “after sale” follow-up. From our perspective John Eagle Maintenance failed to honor a minor repair commitment a (rattling noise) made by the sales rep. That decision, took my score from a solid 5 to a marginal 2. I wish John Eagle Maintenance shop had chosen a different path! More
I purchased a 2024 Honda Civic from John Eagle Honda in July 2025 and have had nothing but problems stemming from this dealership since day one. First, I discovered a dead dried rat rolling around in th July 2025 and have had nothing but problems stemming from this dealership since day one. First, I discovered a dead dried rat rolling around in the backseat within a week of taking the car home. The car had supposedly been inspected and prepared for sale. This is completely unacceptable for any vehicle, let alone one I had just purchased. Second, the sales agent told me he was "throwing in" the PermaPlate and LoJack for free — only for me to later discover both were rolled into my financed amount, meaning I am paying interest on them for 72 months. That is not free. Third, there was a Hello Carwash sticker left on my windshield that led me to believe I had a car wash subscription included with my purchase. I did not. Fourth, when I later called to cancel my add-on warranties, I was told I could only cancel them if I refinanced the vehicle. This is false. I have since read my contracts in full and confirmed that most of these products are cancellable at any time with no such requirement. I feel misled at multiple points throughout this process. Buyers should carefully review every line item before signing anything at this dealership. More
I had an excellent experience at John Eagle Honda of Dallas and I would especially like to thank Rosaili Ramos for her outstanding support. Since I am new to the U.S. and this was my first time buying a Dallas and I would especially like to thank Rosaili Ramos for her outstanding support. Since I am new to the U.S. and this was my first time buying a car here, I had many questions and uncertainties. Rosaili guided me through every step of the process from start to finish (A to Z), explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what to do at each stage. She was always patient, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping me. She went above and beyond to meet all my requirements, worked hard to get me a great deal with good discounts, and even made the effort to arrange the exact car color I wanted. Her dedication and customer-focused approach made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would also like to sincerely thank Mahmoud Elgarhi, who first introduced me to Rosaili. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process, always checking in to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable. His support truly made a difference, and I really appreciated his kindness (and his coffee is amazing too!). Overall, I highly recommend John Eagle Honda Dallas, especially Rosaili Ramos and Mahmoud Elgarhi, for anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy car-buying experience More
Spoke with Luis about a Honda CRV Hybrid. Along with the CRV, my wife test drove the Mazda and Hyundai vehicles. Although we had some nice numbers on the CRV, my wife liked the Mazda better. Along with the CRV, my wife test drove the Mazda and Hyundai vehicles. Although we had some nice numbers on the CRV, my wife liked the Mazda better. That was her personal choice. After telling him we went with the Mazda, Luis took this personal and began to "talk trash" on the Mazda as if Mazda makes inferior products, which he knows they don't. But he was so butt hurt that he didn't get the sale, that he was willing to take a dig at Mazda and our choice to go with them. Talk about passive aggression. All you had to say was congratulations and I would love to earn your business the next time you are in the market for a vehicle. But that won't happen and I'll make sure any friend looking for a Honda should steer clear of John Eagle. More
