I know most people wouldn't associate that word with sales people, but this has really been my experience with Mike. He made the whole car-buying experience extremely simple, and pleasant. Of course, being ever a skeptic, I always look up prices on the internet (usually on trucars.com), and his price always beat trucars.com's best prices. Usually, the whole process would be something like the following -- I tell Mike what I need => he looks out for good deals, and let's me know when something comes up => I look up the price, and his always comes out on top => Then I buy the car. I tend to think finding a good car sales is just as hard as finding a good mechanic. I am just glad that I lucked out, and found Mike. More

I recently purchased a c43 from Helms Bros because of how simple the process was. There was no "we don't test drive those cars" or "it's up to the managers discretion" when it came to trying out my vehicle prior to my purchase. I called Helms Bros after being hung up on by MB of Brooklyn when inquiring about the c43, despite telling two different staff members of MB Brooklyn that I was able to test drive the coupe version the previous Friday and would like to test the sedan version. When receiving my call at Helms Bros, I was immediately directed to a knowledgeable staff member, Mr. Michael Altamura. He took down some basic information and set up a test drive of the car I was interested in with no questions or hesitation. The process was very smooth throughout the purchase and he was more than accommodating and incredibly professional. If you're thinking of making a purchase/lease on a vehicle, be sure to do so here. Ask for Mr. Altamura as well, hes absolutely fantastic. More
