What an excellent experience....HASSLE FREE...SMOOTH...QUICK I usually don't write reviews for anything but dealing with Michael Altamura and his management team yesterday was an awesome experience. Mike and I were able to finalize the car I needed over the phone/email as it was being custom ordered a month ago. I didn't have to go to the dealership at all. I picked it up yesterday and it met all the specifications as discussed. Unlike other dealerships Helms Bros is a no pressure environment and they don't force you to add services/products if you don't want to. The manager Greg did diligently go over it to ensure I was aware of the benefits. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly and it was my first visit during this entire experience buying the car. I even turned in my existing leased MB to them and they took care of everything very smoothly while I waited for my new vehicle. 10 out of 10 to this dealership and their staff for excellent service. This will be my go to dealership in the future. More

Mike always made the entire process quick and easy. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles he sells, while being polite and courteous. He never makes you feel pressured. If he can not find the exact vehicle you want within a few days, he'll order if form the factory. He never tries to push what they have on the lot. That's why I keep coming back to Helms and Mike.
