They made us feel like family and made sure all our requests were fulfilled. Your service center sucks, Alexis is clueless and just makes stuff up as she goes, Had my car in there a few months back cause my Start and Stop was having an issue. Alexis stated nothing was wrong and th makes stuff up as she goes, Had my car in there a few months back cause my Start and Stop was having an issue. Alexis stated nothing was wrong and that sometimes at stop lights or stop signs its normal for the Auto start and stop to not start the car back up. I would just need to start it again. Took it in for an issue with the back breaks, told there is no issue. 38,000 miles and the back breaks are metal to metal and the front breaks are brand new. You guys wanted to charge me 600 dollars for rotors i didn't even need and break pads. Your Tech lied and told Alexis i needed Rotors and then stated to me that I didn't need them that its protocol to tell customers that they are needed. I had lights come up on my dash board, I brought the car back and the same lying Tech said it was outside influence so i would have to pay. I didn't pay 600 for breaks and rotors so now everything is an outside influence when something needs fixed. Your service staff is a joke, you guys way over charge and you have Techs lying to customers. I will never buy another car from your dealership and i will make it a point that i get the word out that Sutliff is a rip of and they don't honor their warranty. You know all you have to say is outside influence and VW wont make you fix the work. Its sad that you'll take the money from customers but wont fix issues with your cars. I will make sure I tell as many people as possible to never shop at Sutliff for anything. Do better by people that give you business. Hire people that aren't liars and actually care to help the customer. I guess its what they are trained to do by upper bosses. More
