He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He worked with us to show us vehicles within our budget. He never pressured us, just asked what he could do to make the sale happen. Mike, and Brandon Cooper, worked together to get our monthly payments where they needed to be. Mike went with us on a test drive and told us about the features in the vehicle. He even spoke on the phone for us to get our credit info unlocked (a lengthy process). Mike engaged in friendly conversation with us during periods of waiting even though he wasn’t feeling the best with an ending cold.
