2017 lease of xt 5 cadillac I had leased a Cadillac with ed morse in 2014 and received excellent service.my experience with the lease of my 2017 xt 5 was not the case. 1) after I had leased a Cadillac with ed morse in 2014 and received excellent service.my experience with the lease of my 2017 xt 5 was not the case. 1) after signing all the paper work on the day I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, I was advised that the vehicle had a problem and needed to replace a part on the vehicle. as I was not happy with this situation I requested compensation for this delay by the sales manager. after numerous phone calls and e/mails I was given compensation of $250.00. 2) the payoff for my previous lease was not taken care of in a expedious manner, I had to contact ed morse with numerous e/mails and telephone calls to get this resolved , I even had to e/mail the the sum to your accounting dept. to enable them to pay these fees.(this was not completed until march 5, 2017) 3)there was a fee listed on my lease agreement of $595.00 for a disposition fee, this fee is waived if you purchase and or lease another gm vehicle. this was caused because this lease was handled by gm financial and my previous lease was handled by allied. ed morse adv that this was not a charge but it is very confusing to me! 4) I must say that the sales person Michael Brandon was very helpful in addressing the problems that I encountered with this lease. More

It was WONDERFUL and made me feel appreciated and valued. I wasn't pleased with the local dealership in Tallahassee. They changed our verbal agreement and then sent me an unpleasing email. I thought of going to Jacksonville then though of a Salesman in Tampa Michael Brandon whom I TRUST! I called Mr. Brandon and in about (3) emails I was on my way with a check. I felt so comfortable with him that I left the vehicle I drove there in dealership lot for 3-4 days. I think the Tallahassee Dealership could learn MANY lessons from Mr. Brandon and sales crew at Ed Morse of Tampa. The entire staff there are so so professional and never got upset on the many email and texts after my purchase. Most importantly Mr. Brandon was NOT PUSHY .. Extreme professionalism to the point that my boss and his wife met him and has committed that if they purchase the XT5 she fell in love with, she will be purchasing it from Mr. Brandon at Ed Morse Cadillac. If you value " you're word is your bond" then Mr. Brandon @ Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa is where you wanna purchase your car. More
