I thought of going to Jacksonville then though of a Salesman in Tampa Michael Brandon whom I TRUST! I called Mr. Brandon and in about (3) emails I was on my way with a check. I felt so comfortable with him that I left the vehicle I drove there in dealership lot for 3-4 days. I think the Tallahassee Dealership could learn MANY lessons from Mr. Brandon and sales crew at Ed Morse of Tampa. The entire staff there are so so professional and never got upset on the many email and texts after my purchase. Most importantly Mr. Brandon was NOT PUSHY .. Extreme professionalism to the point that my boss and his wife met him and has committed that if they purchase the XT5 she fell in love with, she will be purchasing it from Mr. Brandon at Ed Morse Cadillac. After contemplating for weeks about a car that would work for our family we decided to see if a Cadillac Escalade ESV would be something we could afford. We visited other dealerships and decided it wasn't feasible. On a recent family trip to Tampa we stopped into Ed Morse in hopes they could find a reasonable used one in their network. We were greeted by Michael Brandon who was more than willing to work with us. We immediately told him the car was most likely out of our price range and we didn't want to waste his time. He insisted we see what he could do. It was great to have the feeling that a salesman was working for us. He and the sales manager were patient and willing to exhaust every possibility in an effort to get us the car of our dreams. We have never had a better experience. Michael was great.
