Starting with our sales consultant, Michael Brandon, continuing on with the business manager, Kevin Roberts, and all of the other sales personnel, we were treated royally in an extremely comfortable facility. We are a repeat customer and we feel Michael is the best. It is easy to see why this dealership is so outstanding; it comes down from the top. Brian Danahy, the general manager, makes all of the customers feel at home. Despite his massive responsibilities, he mingles among the staff and customers to be certain that the customer experience is at the level expected by Cadillac. More
