5-star experience from start to finish! Sam and JP were extremely welcoming on my first visit and again when I returned a few days later. Jeff D was a pleasure to work with - he assisted me with two test drives and many, many questions, then ultimately helped me buy a stunning 2022 Q3. Mike B was very attentive and checked in several times throughout my visit to make sure I was well taken care of and answer some additional questions. I ended the day with the financials and paperwork, which were super smooth, thanks to Stephen R, who was patient and thorough. Upon a return visit, I met with Eric M in Service and tech Christian S…as with the rest of the crew, both were extremely friendly and armed with all of the answers I needed. It is clear why Audi Dallas has such a great reputation and so many positive reviews. More
