I ended the day with the financials and paperwork, which were super smooth, thanks to Stephen R, who was patient and thorough. Upon a return visit, I met with Eric M in Service and tech Christian S…as with the rest of the crew, both were extremely friendly and armed with all of the answers I needed. We weren't looking for an Audi, but Audi Dallas had a late model used car we were interested in. Even though we were "off-brand", everyone we worked with was welcoming, courteous, and patient as we work late model used car we were interested in.
