Once I was able to come in as I was traveling at the time, he was helpful, never pushy, and once again as courteous as can be. He mentioned that his goal was to not just sell me a car but to keep me as a loyal customer for years to come.......goal achieved! My only downside for the day of purchase is they were under staffed in the finance department and so we had to wait quite a while to get back there. Once in there, the rest of the process went very smoothly as Chris explained all the options to us and helped us get to the number we wanted to be at! More
