Very pleasant and professional staff. Extra warranties and protection packages were offered without any pressure, and we were treated with polite respect when we declined them. The only negative aspect was Toyota's inability to meet our strong preference for the factory spare tire option, but this in no way reflects poorly on the dealer experience. I think we all know that most dealers will shift numbers to fit, but they were very straightforward. Here's our vehicle cost, less the posted discount, and a realistic trade value. Michael was extremely professional to deal with and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend Michael for his integrity and customer service stance. I also have to mention Xavier Potter in Finance. He was friendly and professional with no pressure to alter what our plan was with concern to our own finance. Again, squared away and straight forward. If you are looking for a dealership that really treats people like customers and not a commodity, this is the place to buy your Toyota! Once I was able to come in as I was traveling at the time, he was helpful, never pushy, and once again as courteous as can be. He mentioned that his goal was to not just sell me a car but to keep me as a loyal customer for years to come.......goal achieved! My only downside for the day of purchase is they were under staffed in the finance department and so we had to wait quite a while to get back there. Once in there, the rest of the process went very smoothly as Chris explained all the options to us and helped us get to the number we wanted to be at! More
