My fist car buying experience on my own and it was horrible! First I couldn’t test drive the vehicle because a manager took it home and was off the next day then I set up a test drive and received a t horrible! First I couldn’t test drive the vehicle because a manager took it home and was off the next day then I set up a test drive and received a text that they sold the vehicle to someone who walked in. The next thing I know they are calling telling me that the financing fell through on the other person if I still wanted the car. After test driving and deciding I wanted the vehicle the salesman tried to get me to finance with the dealership when I already had pre approved financing. The finance guy tried to get me to sign their financing until I asked what the percentage rate was. 11% when I already had approval at a much lower rate! I asked for several options to lower the price or amenities on the used car which they simply said no. In the end they tried to get me in a warranty that raised the cost of the car $5000! Luckily my bank reviewed their crappy warranty and offered me a bumper to bumper warranty for less! I would not recommend to any woman to shop this dealership alone! More

Very easy process start to finish with no pressure anywhere along the way. Michael had all my paperwork ready before I got there and was easy to work with (as always) and Xavier got me through finance anywhere along the way.
