Michael is very friendly and not pushy about selling anything. We ended up buying a Toyota rav4 hybrid xle. The whole experience was handled well by Michael the team. We needed a second car and called Michael and he helped us find the right car at a reasonable price. I appreciate Ed Martin and Michael Ball for helping us with an awesome experience.
