They have all snacks I need, more types, soda, drink, just take whatever you like. At lobby, they have classic antiques exhibited. What a cool place! Finance officer was super nice! All transaction and signing went smooth. Associate M.Ball, I have to say, not very pleasant to work with, ignorance and unprofessional. As a salesperson he should have demo the functions and features of vehicle, even though it was a Toyota. He should have used proper language for clients, unlike racial stereotype, language proficiency, education level, or career. I understand he was trying to wam up, but irregulated language is rude! Dealership is overall recommended anyway. More

Our salesman, Michael Ball, was fantastic. He admitted he hadn’t sold one of these before, so we all embarked on an educational journey together. It was like the blind leading the blind… but with a lot more horsepower and zero emissions. Sales manager Sam Martin kept things running smoothly, and Xavier in finance made sure we didn’t have to sell a kidney to afford our new EV. Low pressure, high professionalism, and no awkward sales gimmicks—just great service from start to finish. This is our second purchase from Ed Martin Toyota, and we love their service center so much that we willingly drive from the south side of town to Noblesville for all our car needs. That’s commitment. Or insanity. Either way, we’ll be back! If you’re looking for a dealership that makes car buying fun (and occasionally educational), Ed Martin Toyota is the place to go.
